Whilst we are putting finishing touches to the preparations for the start of the 2011/12 term thought I would take five minutes out to mention that we now have 8 Kinect sensors for use between the lab, computing projects, research and elsewhere in the programme, complete with the SDK installed in our studio for the start of term.
Whilst the hardware numbers available are relatively low, and there will be a bar to entry (technical merit, other justification etc..) it will allow a few of you an alternative flavour to your final year endeavours!
